How to use

Begin with clean, dry or wet feet. Lightly position the filing surface against hard skin and move it gently in one direction. Avoid treating the same spot continuously for longer than 3 to 4 seconds at a time. Afterward, rinse both your feet and the file thoroughly with water, then apply moisturizing lotion or cream. Use only on hard foot skin and never on wounds, inflammation, swelling, rashes, or other skin irregularities.
