How to use
Use before mascara. Curl your lashes first with an eyelash curler, then apply the primer like mascara from the roots to the tips. For smaller areas such as the outer corners and lower lashes, use the tip of the brush. Let the primer dry before applying your mascara. If the brush does not pick up enough product at first, move it around inside the container to load the formula. Easily take off with an eye makeup remover.
